Inspection and maintenance of the entire property, both the external and internal spaces, during the periods when your home in Crete is empty.
We offer planned maintenance services for:

• Electrical appliances
• Checking all plumbing and electrical installations are operational and dealing with any leaks
• Checking &/or servicing boilers - heating systems - solar panels - pumps
Property checks
Quarterly or biannual inspection reports to inform you about the current status of the property, together with an estimate for the costs of any required repair and maintenance work
Swimming Pools
Control and care of swimming pools and associated machinery to keep it in excellent condition. Possibility for annual or more frequent inspections by a qualified chemical engineer (a partner of our company).
Security
Maintenance of your home’s alarm system (if you have one) and direct contact with you if necessary. The possibility of cooperation with a private security company.
Surroundings & Outdoor spaces
Control and care of the gardens of the property, as well as cleaning terraces-balconies and all the outdoor spaces of your home in Crete, to ensure that your plants and trees are in excellent condition and all outdoor spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
Pest Control
Checking for and if necessary treating pest infestations of internal and external areas of the house and the whole property generally by experienced professionals.
Gardens (& Orchards)
Care and maintenance of your garden (& orchards), overseen by a qualified horticulturalist-gardener, to ensure your plants and trees are kept in excellent condition, including any indoor and potted plants. The horticulturalist - gardener will provide all necessary instruction and guidance to the caretaker who will check and take care of the garden at regular intervals throughout the year.

Mail collection - arranging and paying bills.
Buying food and perishable materials before each arrival.
Cleaning services during your stay &/or the stay of guests by trustworthy and discreet staff of our company.

We can provide all the services you may require so that your home in Crete matches your expectations when you arrive.
A thorough spring-cleaning of your property, internally and externally, can include:

• Cleaning carpets, curtains, covers (in collaboration with a laundry service) and replacing them
